- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong business acumen, sales management, and operational knowledge.
- Good English fluency (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Support the Retail Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Supervise and lead the retail team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Assist in driving sales targets by monitoring performance and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained and handle customer issues or escalations professionally.
- Manage inventory processes, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and manpower planning.
- Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising meet company standards.
- Support in preparing sales reports, analyzing performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Step in to handle store operations in the absence of the Retail Manager.
- Identify operational challenges and support in implementing practical solutions.
- Foster a positive team environment and ensure effective communication within the team.
