Possess a Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline).
- At least 1 year experience in automotive parts, inventory, or warranty claim handling
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and parts identification
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office, inventory/warranty systems)
- Familiarity with warranty claim processes and manufacturer guideline is a plus
- Process and manage warranty claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all parts inventory, including stock levels, orders, and returns, utilizing inventory management systems.
- Assist in the ordering, receiving, and stocking of automotive parts, ensuring availability to meet service and sales demands.
- Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts
- Prepare reports on parts sales, inventory levels, and warranty claim status for management review.
