- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers.

- Constantly acquiring product information and time-scale of events/promotion campaign from suppliers, distributors, vendors and business partners.
- Responsible in ensuring products sourced, filtered and selected by Department Head are fully listed in or brought in by means of arranging, preparing and executing the SKU set-up process in our POS system are in order and accurate.
- Coordinating and executing product purchase plans on daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.
- Responsible in executing and ensuring smartphone trade-in price set-up are aligned with the finalized monthly trade-in price proposal formulated by Department Head.
- Executing, coordinating and ensuring actions / agendas / programs prescribed in monthly / quarterly promotion plans or timescale of events/campaigns (new model launching, roadshow and etc) are being carried out as per planned and scheduled by superior.
- Liaising, coordinating and reviewing with internal departments to ensure that the marketing/product information/contents are accurate, correct and aligned with the prescription stated in the promotion mechanisms / timescale of events/campaigns.
- Conveying and cultivating product knowledge or information towards front liners via preparing a set of questions regarding product unique selling points / promotion mechanisms on monthly basis to assess the understanding level of front liners towards particular models / promotions / timescale of events/campaigns.
- To assist and support front liners on any inquiry arose related to mid-range smartphone by means of liaising and coordinating with internal departments, suppliers, distributors, vendors, business partners and etc.
- To prepare and furnish product performance report on daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly basis for Department Head review
- Preparing, examining and liaising for IMEI report submission to respective brands to ensure validity of warranty claim by respective brands and to ensure sell-out incentives claim is not affected.
- To assist in preparing the data of monthly subsidy claim from respective suppliers, distributors, vendors and business partner; as well as, the data of monthly franchises refund on promotions or timescale of events/campaigns.
- Compiling and examining credibility of smartphone trade-in by liaising and coordinating with Repair and Service Department, and, preparing smartphone trade-in performance report on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
