They are currently looking for an account executive cum HR to join their team in supporting their accounting operations.

What You'll Do:

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment runs.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our accounting system.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to maintaining employee records.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Manage leave applications and attendance records.
  • Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the team.

What You'll Bring:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting and/or HR administrative role, ideally with exposure to full-set accounts.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
