What You'll Do:
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment runs.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our accounting system.
HR Responsibilities:
- Support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to maintaining employee records.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Manage leave applications and attendance records.
- Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the team.
What You'll Bring:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting and/or HR administrative role, ideally with exposure to full-set accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
