Operations Executive (F&B)

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in restaurant or F&B outlet management
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food & beverage service, inventory control,and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin and basic English
• Willing to travel frequently within Selangor and Negeri Sembilan
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

1. Direct Outlet Operations-

• Manage daily operations of assigned company-owned outlets, including staff scheduling, inventory control, hygiene standards, and customer service
• Monitor outlet performance (sales, food cost, labor efficiency, customer satisfaction) and implement improvement strategies
• Recruit, train, and supervise outlet staff to ensure consistent service quality and operational standards
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, SOPs, and brand guidelines
• Support execution of HQ-led promotions, festive campaigns, and loyalty programs

1. Franchise Partner Support-

• Lead the setup and opening of new franchise outlets, including equipment coordination, staff on boarding, and operational handover
• Provide on-site and remote guidance to franchisees, ensuring alignment with brand standards and procedures
• Monitor franchise outlet performance and offer tailored recommendations to improve consistency and profitability
• Act as the liaison between HQ and franchise partners, addressing operational concerns and providing strategic support
• Assist franchisees in executing local marketing initiatives, opening events, and customer engagement strategies
• A practical role with visible impact—your work directly supports outlet performance and customer experience
• Exposure to both franchise and company-owned operations for well-rounded learning
