At least 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination, operations, or events (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered).
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma/Degree holders in related fields are an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Independent, proactive, and a strong team player with problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of retail fixture production or event logistics.
- Existing client contacts within retail, IT, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience working with creative/design teams to bring concepts to life.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing projects and operational tasks from start to completion.
- Handle logistics arrangement, resource allocation, and on-site coordination during activations and events.
- Manage documentation including quotations, invoices, and Proof of Event (POE) materials (photos, reports, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with branding, safety, and quality standards across all operations.
- Oversee project development, address issues promptly, and share regular progress updates.
- Track and manage project budgets, expenses, and vendor payments.
- Support ad-hoc operational duties and assist management in daily business operations.
