POSITION - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

LOCATION - SETIA ALAM, SHAH ALAM

SALARY - RM 3000-4000

Key responsibilities:

 Able to convert leads to revenue
 Prepare clients proposal pack and initiate the audit planning activities
 Manage the audit planning process from pre-audit to post-audit activities
 Pre-Audit activities – ensure advance audit planning is achieved for each client; prepare justification audit
time; coordinate travel plans for audit team members; generate Purchase Order and Confirmation Order to
relevant parties; prepare audit package for auditor
 Post-Audit activities – prepare and compile travel expenses to submit to Accounts; do completeness check
for audit package; follow through audit package status until file is close; prepare client certificate(s); update
Corporate Database and MSP
 Work alongside team members in preparing monthly and quarterly KPI report
 Provide back office support to Managers
 Identify and resolve operational issues

 Share and seek out best practices and knowledge

Key requirements:

 Exceptional verbal and written communication in English
 Background in customer service or customer facing environment is an advantage
 Strong planning and organizational skills
 Diploma or Degree in any discipline with minimum of 2 years working experience

 Fresh graduates are welcome
