Performance Marketing Manager

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in digital marketing, branding, event marketing, and content creation.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven success in managing cross-channel campaigns in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Highly creative, adaptable, and results-driven with a passion for innovation.
- Knowledge about Meta Campaign Setting & Reporting, XHS & WeChat, Google GDN, Performance Campaign Delivery, Email EDM Strategies
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Implement comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Campaign Management:
- Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital marketing (social media, SEO, PPC, email) and offline marketing (events, publications, etc.).
Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for websites, social media platforms, digital ads, publications, and event materials that align with SBS Group’s brand and messaging.
Event Marketing and Management:
- Collaborate with the events team to develop and execute marketing strategies for high-profile events, award ceremonies, and client activations.
Brand Positioning and Strategy:
- Maintain and elevate SBS Group’s brand presence in the market through consistent messaging, visual identity, and positioning strategies.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, ensuring that marketing strategies are informed by data and insights.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal members to align marketing activities with business objectives and customer needs, ensuring a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, including KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on findings.
