Technical Proficiency
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and E&E equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service, and experience in handling customer complaints and queries.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems effectively, and strong analytical skills to identify and address issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage field operations and service schedules.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate with other service providers and team members.
- Degree or diploma in engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics, or any related field.
- Relevant certifications in technical support or E&E maintenance are a plus.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of E&E equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly minimize downtime.
- Install and configure E&E equipment according to customer requirements.
- Ensure proper set-up and integration with existing systems.
- Conduct adjustments and calibrations to maintain the accuracy and performance of E&E equipment.
- Implement necessary updates and upgrades.
- Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of E&E equipment.
- Address customer queries and offer technical guidance.
- Manage daily field operations within the assigned zone or customer building.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance service experience.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
