Job Requirement :
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar facilities or engineering management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance best practices
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, diagrams and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description:
- Manage the planning, implementation and monitoring of preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all plant equipment and facilities
- Coordinate and oversee the work of external maintenance contractors and vendors
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety, environmental and quality standards
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and asset performance
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams on equipment operation and maintenance
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement continuous improvement initiatives
