Role Overview :
As an Intern, Expansion, you will be at the heart of Troopers’ growth engine. This is a dynamic, hybrid role that blends operations, recruitment coordination, and sales enablement—giving you a full, 360-degree understanding of how a fast-growing workforce-tech company runs.
You will work closely with the operations and commercial teams to coordinate manpower needs, prepare proposals and quotations, manage client briefs, support deployments, analyse performance, and uncover new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Support
- Source, screen, and coordinate part-time talents for client deployments across Singapore.
- Prepare job postings, manage application pipelines, and guide candidates through onboarding steps.
- Build manpower plans, costing sheets, and quotations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure all deployment and compliance requirements (e.g., FHC, certifications, store approvals) are completed.
- Assist with day-to-day operations including shift scheduling, timesheet consolidation, and troubleshooting issues on deployment days.
- Liaise with talents to confirm availability, share briefings, and ensure readiness for assignments.
- Client and Sales Enablement
- Prepare sales decks, proposals, and deployment briefs tailored to client needs.
- Support the commercial team in interpreting client requirements and translating them into actionable manpower plans.
- Coordinate internally with operations, product, and marketing teams to support project execution.
- Help maintain quality of service by tracking deliverables and ensuring client expectations are met.
- Assist with pricing updates, rate cards, and manpower recommendations.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Track operational KPIs, deployment performance, and fulfilment rates across ongoing projects.
- Consolidate weekly and monthly reports including timesheets, cost breakdowns, and performance summaries.
- Present insights on manpower supply, client demand patterns, and operational bottlenecks.
- Support decision-making by providing data-driven suggestions and observations.
- Strategy and Market Research
- Conduct research on manpower trends, hiring behaviour, industry developments, and competitor benchmarks.
- Analyse opportunities across F&B, retail, events, and other growth sectors to support Troopers’ expansion roadmap.
- Assist in identifying potential strategic partners or client categories worth pursuing.
- Support planning of networking events, roadshows, recruitment campaigns, and industry engagement activities.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (Malay is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint—comfortable with numbers and professional presentations.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven—someone who takes initiative and enjoys making things happen.
- Enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
- Interest in recruitment, HR tech, workforce operations, or manpower management is a strong plus.
