Umur 18 tahun ke atas
Sihat tubuh badan
Boleh bekerja berpasukan/berkumpulan
Tidak takut serangga / haiwan perosak
Mempunyai lesen memandu (kelebihan)
Sekurang-kurangnya PMR keatas atau setaraf
Boleh membaca & memahami arahan (SOP)
Tiada rekod jenayah
Berdisiplin & menepati masa
Sanggup bekerja lebih masa / luar kawasan (jika diperlukan)
Mempunyai kenderaan ke pejabat
