- Certified Boilerman Certificate (Garde 1 or Grade 2)
- Bertanggungjawab dalam menjalankan routine maintenance boiler (dosing pump, valve release, blowdown & lain lain).
- Berkerjasama bersama boiler treatment technician dari pihak ketiga bagi tatacara penggunaan chemical.
- Bertangungjawab terhadap operasi boiler & memastikan boiler beroperasi didalam keadaan yang baik.
- Bertanggungjawab dalam menjalankan routine maintenance boiler (dosing pump, valve release, blowdown & lain lain).
- Melakukan troubleshoot & report terhadap sebarang abnormalities terhadap boiler.
- Memastikan buku log operasi boiler & record penggunaan chemical difailkan.
- Berkerjasama bersama boiler treatment technician dari pihak ketiga bagi tatacara penggunaan chemical.
- Memastikan sumber gas tidak bermasalah sebelum production bermula.
- Memastikan stock gas cylinder mencukupi untuk operasi boiler & bertanggungjawab terhadap gas ordering setiap bulan.
- Bekerjasama dengan Compliance Department dalam pematuhan peraturan keselamatan & persekitaran (site-visit oleh pihak berautoriti DOSH, DOE & etc).
