Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or Junior Level.
- Good command in Mandarin, English，Malay.
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Edit video using tools like CapCut, Canva or other industry-standard software.
- Usage of any analytic tools (Google Analytic, Facebook Insight or any related platform)
- Excellent communication, teamwork and time management skills.
- Training will be provided to help you develop the skills necessary to succeed in this role.
- Tech savvy, strong sense on latest marketing trend.
- Able to update ads status/handling ads issue on after working hour/weekend – no need to back office.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Campaign Strategy and Ads Execution
What You’ll Be Doing：- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies, including defining campaign goals, target audience, and budget allocation.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to refine targeting strategies and ensure ads reach the right demographics.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging advertising platforms.
- Prepare promotional ideas/content based on client's requirement.
- Content creation for social media.
- Involve and assist in "video production shooting and script writing".
- Do analysis on Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager.
- Assist clients in building and enhancing their brand image through strategic advertising and content planning.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, partners, or external agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Senior will hands on guide.
