Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Collaborate and coordinate with marketing agenciesto manage ad campaigns based onKPI-driven objectives.
- Oversee and enhance social media presence through strategic content creation, audience interaction, and performance-driven advertising initiatives.
- Perform comprehensive market andcompetitor analysis to support data-driven digital marketing strategies and campaign direction.
- Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to align digital campaigns with broader brand and partnership initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and present campaign performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and guide future improvements.
- Continuously explore latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and trends to enhance digital marketing innovation and effectiveness.
- Plan and implement effectiveSEO tactics to boost website visibility, traffic growth, and organic search performance.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across SEM, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and XHS, prior experience in these platforms will be an advantage.
