Marketing Responsibilities
Content Creation and Social Media Management- Develop and manage engaging content across platforms like Instagram or TikTok.
- Understand and embody PichaEats’ brand voice, communicating our mission, values, and impact.
- Stay current with social media trends to produce timely and relevant content.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Lead to build a vibrant PichaEats community.
- Participate in physical booths, community events, and outreach activities to engage with customers directly.
- Assist in building a structured content calendar (based on your marketing platform) with both short and long-form content.
- Capture, edit, and design content (videos, graphics, etc.) using Canva and related tools.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints including packaging, social media, and promotional materials.
- Support the creation of brochures, PDFs, and other marketing assets.
- Assist the Marketing Lead in day-to-day tasks and team coordination.
- Support in planning and executing internal “Hangouts” and community engagement events.
- Be present during catering or external events when needed.
Customer Service Responsibilities (Sales Pillar)
Customer Engagement and Support- Respond quickly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs.
- Maintain an active and informative WhatsApp status using the PichaEats phone.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about offerings to ensure high service quality.
- Address customer complaints or feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Oversee the entire order process — from taking orders to successful execution and delivery.
- Be the point-of-contact for customers on event/order days.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to solve customer issues.
- Keep proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions per SOP.
- Spot upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Contribute to refining the customer service process for better efficiency.
- Must be very responsive and efficient on WhatsApp management (there will be an assessment on this).
- Preferably able to manage one platform independently (e.g., TikTok or Wedding Instagram). With ability to work around canva and come up with good designs if needed.
- This person needs to be outgoing,and willing to engage with people actively.
- A strong understanding and connection to PichaEats' cause is essential.
- Must have good proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Open to fresh graduates with past internship experience.
- Ideal if there's an existing marketing portfolio - either from past work, personal work done, freelance gigs, internships or student assignment work done. To better gage your experience level.
