Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Business Development to drive business growth through partnership development, client relationship building, and market expansion. This role focuses on high-value opportunities and strategic outreach, rather than cold calling or mass prospecting.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic networking, referrals, partnerships, and inbound leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market presence
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals to secure new business
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline and track performance
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in digital marketing industry
  • Proven experience in client acquisition through strategic or relationship-based approaches (non-cold calling)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle independently
  • Strong business acumen with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Experience in B2B environment / agency / digital marketing industry is an advantage
