Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Business Development to drive business growth through partnership development, client relationship building, and market expansion. This role focuses on high-value opportunities and strategic outreach, rather than cold calling or mass prospecting.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic networking, referrals, partnerships, and inbound leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market presence
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals to secure new business
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline and track performance
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in digital marketing industry
- Proven experience in client acquisition through strategic or relationship-based approaches (non-cold calling)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle independently
- Strong business acumen with a solution-oriented mindset
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Experience in B2B environment / agency / digital marketing industry is an advantage
