RM 4000+ Mandarin Speaking Customer Experience Specialist at PJ (Basic English)
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any field.
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia].
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Able to work under pressure and handle difficult customers with patience and empathy.
Proficient in MS Office and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
Proficient in both Mandarin and English (Basic)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering the best solution.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, logistics) to follow up and resolve customer concerns.
Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
Support the team with administrative tasks when needed.
Continuously improve knowledge of company products, policies, and services.
RM3,100 Basic + RM 600 Allowance (with min 120 hours production time) + Up to RM400 Night Shift + Up to RM500 KPI
Working Location: Ara Damansara
Working Hours: 24-hour rotational shift, 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour break (Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays as part of the rotation schedule)
