Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and traders
- Expand network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with traders and partners
- Monitor local market trends, brokers, and regulations
- 3+ years experience in Forex industry
- Strong understanding of Malaysia market landscape
- Proven client acquisition (500–1,000 connections, 25–50 active traders)
- Existing network with at least 20 IBs / affiliates
- Attractive commission structure
