Finance Executive - Shared Services

Review and validate financial records according to company policies.
- Identify discrepancies such as policy violations, duplicate claims, and data inconsistencies.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, finance, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones with clear and professional communication.
- Maintain high performance and accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on policy or workflow gaps.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AP, AR, or finance-related activities, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Good grasp of standard operating procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards.
- Works on a rotational shift schedule of 5 workings days with 2 days off. Shifts may include early morning hours or evenings, covering weekend and public holidays depending on shift.
- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
- Diploma / Degree Holder
- Monthly Basic Pay up to MYR 5,000 for experienced candidates.
