Senior Finance Executive - Kuala Lumpur

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting, specifically within the F&B industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., UBS,) and Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with financial reporting, tax regulations, and POS system management.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage full set of accounts, including AP/AR, GL, and financial reporting.

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, profit/loss reports, and balance sheets.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Handle POS system reconciliation, invoicing, and reconciliation of bank accounts.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, inventory management, and supplier coordination.

Perform ad hoc duties as required by management, supporting business operations.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve processes.
