  • Perform daily administrative tasks – filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning
  • Issue DO (Delivery Orders) & invoices accurately
  • Use basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, or in person
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and office documents
  • Prepare simple reports, letters, and other paperwork
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, and supporting other departments
