Education & Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in administrative or project coordination roles.
- Experience in supporting engineering, construction, or technical projects is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and methodical.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and adaptable to changes in project priorities.
- To provide full admin support to the project and design team to ensure smooth running of the department operation.
- Assist the movement of project team such as travel arrangement such as air ticket and hotel accommodation and etc.
- Maintain record of progress of project.
- Perform filing, scanning and printing duties.
- Organize and coordinate meeting, conference room, property and facility maintenance.
- Manage company sensitive information with strictly P&C.
- Assist to prepare formal letters, emails, reports, tender documents, tender evaluations, budgetary costing as per request.
- Attend incoming calls, emails and faxes.
- Provide administrative/clerical support to other department of the company such as human resource and finance as required and other duties assign from time to time.
