As our Operations & Finance Manager, you will oversee the heart of our business operations, ensuring our processes, supply chain, production, and financial systems run efficiently and profitably. You’ll report directly to the founder and work closely with our sales, marketing, and production teams to align operations with growth strategies.
You’re Perfect for This Role If You Have:
✨ 3-5 years’ experience in operations and/or brand management (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or beauty industries)
✨ Experience in leading a performing lean team✨ A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields
✨ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✨ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
✨ A proactive, hands-on, no-excuses attitude. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
✨ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing SME environment

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end operations, including production planning, inventory control, logistics, procurement, and supplier management
✅ Oversee financial activities: budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
✅ Monitor KPIs and operational metrics from all team to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies✅ Lead cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
✅ Implement SOPs and process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce waste
✅ Support compliance in accounting, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements
✅ Partner with sales & marketing to ensure financial feasibility of promotions and projects
✅ Prepare management reports and insights to guide strategic decision-making
