Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, digital trends, and online advertising.
- Experience in content creation, photo & video editing, or design tools is an added advantage.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin / Melayu proficiency is a plus.
- Creative, analytical, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong interest or basic knowledge in gold, silver, or investment products is preferred.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, RedNote, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all channels.
- Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Create high-quality content (photos, videos, captions, stories, reels, etc.) suitable for bullion trading and investment audiences.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external creatives to curate compelling brand materials.
- Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to improve brand exposure.
- Manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Plan, allocate, and manage digital advertising budgets across platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns to achieve ROI targets.
- Track key metrics including engagement, conversions, follower growth, and campaign performance.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in marketing strategies, market research, event coordination, and product promotions.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices.
