Manager Residency

We are looking for a Manager Residency to assist in managing and organizing the operation of housekeeping, maintenance, fleet and security control. Any candidates who have experience as Home or Private Resort/Hotel Manager are encouraged to apply.
The candidate must also be willing to work on weekends to ensure smooth operations at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field or an equivalent qualification.
- At least five (5) years of relevant working experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage tasks, guide team members, and ensure work is thoroughly reviewed.
- Experience working directly with Company Owners or Directors will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a hands-on approach when required.
- Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Oversee and lead the overall operations of the office and residence, including administration, housekeeping, property management, vehicle management, and security enforcement.
- Planning , coordinate and monitor team schedule, discipline and staff performance
- Plan and monitor operational expenditures to ensure efficient and prudent use of resources.
- Ensure company properties, vehicles, and security arrangements are well maintained and in good condition.
- Address and resolve operational issues, and seek guidance from management when necessary.
- Organize and monitor work schedules for subordinate staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure all team members maintain the highest standards of service and work delivery.
- Manage additional responsibilities, including special assignments from senior management.
