Job Summary:
The Operation Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations of the shopping mall. This role includes handling documentation, coordinating with tenants and vendors, and assisting the operations team to maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Good command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in property or shopping mall operations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Provide administrative support for the mall operations team, including documentation, filing, and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain operation-related documents such as service agreements, permits, and invoices.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and service providers for operational matters.
- Handle inquiries and provide timely updates to tenants regarding mall operations and policies.
- Assist in monitoring facility maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support the Operations Manager in coordinating events, promotions, and operational activities.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia when dealing with tenants and vendors.
