- Input financial transactions into accounting systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
- Reconcile discrepancies in records or accounts
- Record payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Follow up on overdue payments
- Organize and file financial documents (invoices, purchase orders, statements)
- Ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and budgets
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Respond to internal and external financial inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards
- Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation
- Office-based working environment
- Occasional extended working hours during deadlines
