Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Create and edit videos, graphics, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
• Event Coordination & Community Engagement:
• Plan and execute in-house events, workshops, and member activities.
• Collaborate with influencers, partners, and vendors to enhance event experiences.
• Engage with the community to foster a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere.
• Sales & Member Relations Support:
• Assist in lead generation and conversion through digital channels.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about membership packages.
• Support the sales team in achieving membership targets.
• Administrative & Operational Support:
• Manage marketing calendars, coordinate with vendors, and oversee promotional campaigns.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
• Assist in potential collaborations.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 2-3 years in digital marketing, social media management, or event coordination.
• Experience in the wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is advantageous.
• Video editing and graphic design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Personal Attributes:
• Creative, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
