Key Responsibilities:
- WhatsApp Sales Support
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp.
- Follow up with leads and customers under team guidance.
- Share product information, promotions, and offers with customers.
- Sales Reporting
- Assist in recording daily/weekly sales transactions.
- Support the preparation of basic sales reports.
- Database Management
- Help update and maintain customer database (contacts, status, purchase history).
- Ensure data is accurate and organized for marketing use.
- Marketing Support
- Assist in online marketing activities and campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback for team review and improvement.
Requirements:
