Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic organizational and administrative skills

- Manage front desk activities and attend to walk-in customers in a professional manner
- Provide basic product or service information and assist customers with inquiries
- Coordinate and liaise with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely order completion
- Monitor job progress and update customers on order status when required
- Perform quality checks (QC) on completed products before delivery or collection
- Handle order documentation, job sheets, and basic data entry
- Assist in managing customer orders from inquiry to completion
- Ensure proper communication between customers and internal teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and workspace
- Support other operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor
