What Your Days Look Like:

• Assit your lead in conceptualising short-form video ideas as well as developing scripts that feel fresh, fun, and on-brand.
• Occasionally lead shoots—set the scene, brief the team, and capture authentic moments.
• Jump in front of the camera when needed.
• Work with editors to shape raw footage into polished content.
• Keep tabs on trends and find ways to outdo them.
• Assist your lead in planning and managing the content calendar.
• Pitch new ideas to the team and clients.
• Tackle any other creative tasks that pop up.

What You’ll Bring:

• Diploma or Degree in any related field
• Fresh grads welcome! Internship or freelance experience is a bonus.
• Profficient in Capcut and other video editing apps (knowledge on Adobe, Final Cut or Davichi is a plus!)
• A strong passion for video content, storytelling, and keeping up with what’s hot online.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the guts to share your ideas
• Comfortable in English, Mandarin (bonus!), and Bahasa Melayu.
