- Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic online tools
- Perform outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce and explain the company’s products or services.
- Gather customer information, identify needs, and qualify leads.
- Update CRM/database with call results and customer feedback.
- Support the sales & marketing team in daily tasks and campaigns.
- Assist with administrative duties and follow-ups when required
