Education:Currently pursuing or recently completed aDiploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines.
- Skills:Proficient inMS Office(especiallyExcel); exposure to accounting software is an advantage.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, organised, responsible, and eager to learn with good documentation discipline.
- Communication: Able to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
- Availability:Full-time internship for at least 3 months (on-site).
- Bonus:Willing to learn and supportbasic company secretarial tasks (training provided).
- Assist in preparing accounting schedules, supporting documents, and management reports.
- Perform bookkeeping and documentation: data entry, filing, and maintaining proper supporting documents.
- Support bank reconciliations and basic account reconciliations (AR/AP where applicable).
- Assist with audit and compliance preparation by compiling documents and supporting routine queries.
- Support basic company secretarial work under supervision (e.g., organising statutory records, preparing simple documentation, filing support).
- Participate in special projects and other related duties as assigned by the team.
- Receive structured guidance and on-the-job training in practical accounting workflows, documentation standards, and professional client service practices.
- Exposure to real accounting practices in a professional setting.
- Exposure to financial reporting, auditing, and compliance practices.
