We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial real estate, interior design, or the fit-out industry. However, we also welcome fresh graduates who demonstrate strong willingness to learn, high motivation, and the drive to build meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development efforts to acquire new clients, generate leads, and meet sales targets
  • Prepare tender pre-qualifications and bid proposals by coordinating with internal teams
  • Conduct market research on real estate trends, hospitality developments, and commercial transformation projects
  • Nurture cold leads and creatively engage new client segments
  • Identify business opportunities within the commercial interior and construction sectors
  • Network and build strong relationships with architects, consultants, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders
  • Manage timely and accurate submission of proposals and tenders
  • Perform client follow-ups through calls, meetings, and site visits
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client engagements
  • Collaborate with design, commercial, and project teams to align project goals and client expectations
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clients, collaborators, and strategic partners
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
(Experience in real estate, interior design, or interior fit-out industry is an added advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to close deals and achieve results
  • Comfortable with meeting new people, networking, and managing long-term client relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
