Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience working with influencers, celebrities, or IP-based content.
- Familiarity with digital trends, pop culture, and fan-driven communities.
- Proven experience in business development, brand partnerships, or licensing (preferably within IP, entertainment, or media industries).
- Strong understanding of commercial models in merchandising, events, digital content, and brand licensing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and leverage synergy opportunities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Business Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for signed and in-house IPs.
- Partnership Development: Develop and present impactful partnership proposals to brands, platforms, distributors, and collaborators.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with GTM teams (Licensing, Events, Distribution, and Social Commerce) to ensure seamless execution of partnership activations.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, agencies, and IP owners.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with revenue targets and brand-building objectives.
- Industry Representation: Represent Allstar IP at industry events and networking sessions, showcasing our capabilities and strengthening market presence.
