CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (BM/ENG SPEAKER)
Working Hours & Days:
- 6 days rotational shift
- Includes weekends & public holidays
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Maintain and update accurate customer records
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure resolution
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma / SKM / SKV
- Good communication skills in BM & English
- Good computer literacy
- Able to work 6 days rotational shift (including weekends & public holidays)
- Fresh graduates are welcome
