Job Summary:

Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients in the digital marketing space. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, client needs, and the ability to craft tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and aligning them with relevant digital marketing solutions.

Establish and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with potential clients through regular touchpoints and follow-ups, ensuring continued interest and engagement.

Attend prospect meetings and deliver presentations on how our digital marketing services can drive business growth, fostering trust and confidence.
  1. Sales Strategy & Campaign Proposal Development

Conduct thorough discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business goals, pain points, and target audiences. Use this information to tailor digital marketing strategies that directly address their unique challenges.

Develop clear, transparent pricing models based on the client’s budget, demonstrating the value each digital marketing service offers. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure a win-win situation for both the client and the company.

Craft persuasive sales pitches and proposals that are not only visually engaging but also clearly communicate the technical and strategic aspects of the campaign. Lead the presentation of proposals in client meetings, explaining how each aspect will contribute to their business growth.

  1. Performance Tracking & Sales Reporting

Track the performance of sales efforts by monitoring the conversion rates of leads to clients, along with revenue growth generated from new accounts.

Provide detailed reports on sales metrics, potential pipeline opportunities, and projected growth, offering insights to improve business development strategies.

Monitor client feedback post-sales to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  1. Market & Industry Trends Analysis

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and innovations in digital marketing and business development to identify new revenue opportunities.

Proactively suggest new service offerings and marketing innovations to potential clients, ensuring they remain competitive and ahead of digital trends.

Analyze competitor activities in the market to refine sales pitches and offer unique value propositions during the client acquisition process.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or account management in an agency environment.
