Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and delivering exceptional talent solutions across various industries.You will act as a strategic partner to your clients while identifying, engaging, and presenting top-tier candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client hiring needs, business goals, and organizational culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and talent availability.
- Deliver high-quality talent solutions that align with client expectations and timelines.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefings, interviews, candidate shortlisting, offer negotiations, and onboarding follow-up.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and contribute to company growth targets.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and client meetings to expand your professional reach.
- Collaborate with the internal team to share leads, insights, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, competitor activity, and talent movement.
- Share relevant industry knowledge with clients to help them stay competitive in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or any related field.
- 1-5+ years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition (agency experience preferred).
- Alternatively experience in Business Development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and job mandates simultaneously.
- Goal-driven with a sales-oriented mindset and resilience to meet KPIs.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM systems).
