What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in the beauty, aesthetic, or medispa industry
- Well-groomed, friendly, and confident in communication
- Skilled in customer consultation and sales closing
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills (for Manager position)
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform facial and advanced skincare treatments
- Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment packages
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment area
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Upsell services and meet monthly sales targets
- Manage front desk operations and handle appointment bookings
- Lead and supervise team members (Manager role only)
