PreSchool Teacher

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology or related field. Diploma / Bachelor in ECE (preferred), Kursus Asuhan PERMATA (KAP)
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents and colleagues
4. Strong organisational and time management abilities to manage classroom activities and administrative duties
5. Genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering the holistic development of young children
6. Fluency in English and Bahasa, both written and spoken, Chinese will be an advantage.

About the role

This full-time role is an integral part of our mission to provide exceptional early childhood education and care.

1. Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child
2. Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment to foster the children's curiosity and love of learning
3. Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunch time and rest time for students
4. Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback and individualised support
5. Establish positive relationships with children and their families, serving as a trusted partner in the children's educational journey
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
7. Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops in order to maintain and improve professional competence.
