Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws relevant to Malaysia.
- Experience with various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with a diverse candidate pool and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within the HR Management or Consulting sector is highly desirable.
- A Diploma qualification is required, with a preference for candidates with further education or certifications in HR or a related field.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the HR Management and Consulting sectors, aligning with PM Advisory Group's growth objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates using diverse channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals) to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, define job requirements, and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions, proactively identifying potential candidates before needs arise.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture and team dynamics.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
- Leverage Mandarin language proficiency to source and engage with a wider pool of candidates, particularly for roles requiring bilingual capabilities or targeting specific markets.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance PM Advisory Group's reputation as an employer of choice within the HR Management and Consulting industry.
