About the role:

This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.

• Experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), including Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and test automation frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for backend testing.

• Minimum 3 years experience in a QC/QA or software testing role.
• Proven ability to create and execute test plans and cases.
• Experience with test automation and continuous integration.

• Must be fluent in Mandarin, optionally English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidate proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

• Design and develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and technical specifications.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and usability.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that new codes do not negatively impact existing features.

• Identify, document, and report software bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
• Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce, analyze, and resolve reported defects efficiently.

• Adhere to established QA processes, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of QA strategies, tools, and workflows to enhance product quality.

• Work alongside developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to understand functional requirements and project goals.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings to provide QA input and status updates.

• Create and maintain clear, organized, and detailed documentation for test cases, test results, and defect reports.
• Ensure all QA documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve test coverage and reduce manual effort.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to support continuous testing and faster release cycles.
