Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or quality control is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role in a machining manufacturing environment.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards, processes, and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment for inspection.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with quality control software or data entry systems.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform regular quality checks using tools, gauges, and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring devices).
- Document inspection results by completing reports, logs, and other required forms.
- Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications to supervisors and relevant teams.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues during the machining manufacturing process.
- Conduct audits and follow-up inspections to ensure corrective actions have been implemented.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and efficiency.
- Support the implementation of quality management systems (QMS) and ensure adherence to established procedures.
