- Coordinate with internal departments and operations team regarding shipment status and delivery updates
- Assist customers with booking arrangements, documentation, and order processing
- Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Follow up closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality
- Support daily administrative and customer service operations when required
- Ensure all tasks are completed according to company procedures and timelines
