  • Assist customers with booking arrangements, documentation, and order processing
  • Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Follow up closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality
  • Support daily administrative and customer service operations when required
  • Ensure all tasks are completed according to company procedures and timelines
