Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, social media management, or marketing support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in multiple language will be advantages (English, Bahasa Melayu & Bahasa Cina).
- Comfortable working with mobile app interfaces, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM or helpdesk tools.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and digital marketing trends.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an added advantage.
- Willing to work on weekends or public holidays on a rotational basis when campaigns are active.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via social media and email.
- Assist with app-related issues and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Support the marketing team by managing content scheduling and responding to social media engagement.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve the app experience and marketing efforts.
- Liaise with external parties and vendor to update menu pricing and details across both the mobile app and POS system.
- Issue vouchers as required for promotions, refunds, or customer compensation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
