- Collaborate with HQ and local teams for alignment and insights.
- Leverage influencers and communities to boost reach.
- Track performance and optimise based on data.
- Lead end-to-end local campaign execution and risk management.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in gaming or digital industries
- Strong skills in localising global campaigns for the Malaysian market
- Familiar with key digital platforms: TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook
- Experience working with influencers and community teams
- Data-driven, with ability to track and optimise campaign performance
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Culturally aware and sensitive to local context
