Customer Experience Specialist ( Mandarin Speaker)

Fluency in Mandarin and English (Verbal and Written) is a must

• Minimum 1 year CS experience in BPO company
• Have experience in Banking industry is a strong advantage
• Minimum Education Level - Diploma in any field
• Willing to have Rota
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat related to banking products and services.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction clarifications, and banking platform navigation.
• Provide proactive support by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable banking solutions.
• Educate customers on banking policies, compliance requirements, and digital tools.
• Ensure compliance with data security, confidentiality, and banking regulations.
• Track and resolve customer issues effectively within defined SLAs and escalation procedures
