Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Post- Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specialized in Quantity Surveying of equivalent.

- Pre-Contract Stage
- Execute in Pre & Post Contract Admin entailing pre-planning, cost estimation, tendering, valuation, budgeting and cost control monitoring
- Execute on take off quantities, preparation of BQ, selection of materials, tendering & costs analysis, certifications, V.O & final account.
- Preparation of project budget, report and tenders, and certifications of claims for payments.
- Assist in coordination of procurement exercise, which include calling of tender, review tender report, attend tender interview, negotiate and finalise award.
- Post Contract Stage
- Handling progress claims and progress payment.
- Review quotation or claim for variation works submitted by contractors.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor site valuation / measurement.
