Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Support administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and email correspondence.
  • Handle general office administration and support HR-related tasks as needed.
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote employer branding and attract potential candidates
  • Post job advertisements on job portals, LinkedIn, and internal channels
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview arrangements and updates
  • Support preparation of recruitment-related documents
  • Assist in onboarding coordination (documentation, follow-ups, orientation scheduling)
What would you need?
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
