Key Responsibilities- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Support administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and email correspondence.
- Handle general office administration and support HR-related tasks as needed.
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote employer branding and attract potential candidates
- Post job advertisements on job portals, LinkedIn, and internal channels
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview arrangements and updates
- Support preparation of recruitment-related documents
- Assist in onboarding coordination (documentation, follow-ups, orientation scheduling)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
